Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to the ANZ market.
• Identify and engage with prospective partners, including channel partners, resellers, affiliates, and digital marketing agencies.
• Build and manage a network of strategic partners that align with our business goals and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for partners.
• Champion our products and services, driving partner understanding and enthusiasm.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
• Measure and on partnership performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Act as a key point of contact for partners, offering guidance and support.

Experience Needed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development and sales in a SaaS or software-based environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Proven success in leading partnership recruitment and strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of the MarTech industry and a solid network in the Australian market.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth through partnerships.
