Currently seeking an experienced HRBP Coordinator to join their team in Sydney. This is an on-site role, and the ideal candidate must be available to start immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing HR guidance to line management.

• Developing and coordinating training programs.

• Conducting inductions and onboarding new employees.

• Analysing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

• Supporting the delivery of key Global HR projects.

• Offering employee relations and industrial relations advice to management.

Experience Needed:

• A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

• Experience providing HR and industrial relations advice.

• Excellent written communication skills with experience in policy and procedure writing.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Relationship management expertise.

Salary Package:

$85 000 AUD base + Super
