Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative MarTech SaaS company as a Customer Success Manager? As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to leverage software to its full potential. Providing onboarding support and training, you will ensure a smooth transition into everyday usage. Given the role is performance based, you’ll be accountable for revenue growth within accounts, customer retention and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clientele while providing a smooth introduction to the platform.
  • Be the primary point of contact for your account base.
  • Liaise with support teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with new releases and features across the platform.
  • Plan and identify opportunities within account base to expand customer usage and promote additional services.
  • Get customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.

Experience Needed

  • 3-5 years of experience working within the IT space. Some of this will need to have been as a Customer Success Manager within a software organisation, preferably SaaS.
  • Demonstrable experience working with a portfolio of customers with a fast paced environment.
  • Working with Government, Higher Education and Financial Services customers a plus.
  • Marketing experience is advantageous, but not a must.
  • Hungry, driven, passionate and willing to learn.

  • Up to $110k base + Super + 20% Commissions + Benefits
