Our client, a leader in the supply chain sector, seek a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their thriving Melbourne team. What You’ll Do:

• Prospecting through a variety of methods which will include cold calling, cold emailing, responding to leads from events and qualifying inbound leads.
• Follow up on marketing campaign responses.
• Generate interest in company solutions.
• Master the art of cold prospecting.
• Develop business acumen and understand client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to devise recruitment strategies.
• Contribute your insights to the team’s learning and your personal growth.
• Research trends, identify new prospects, and build lasting connections.

Qualifications You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of corporate tele-sales or inside/field sales experience (software sales will be advantageous)!
• A Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, MS CRM) & familiarity with key apps (Microsoft Office, Teams, LinkedIn) is preferred.
• Exceptional communication & time management skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.

Salary:

Up to $70k base + Super + Bonus ($110k OTE)

Hybrid working conditions – 3-4 Days WFH!

**Must be an Australian Citizen or hold PR in Australia to be eligible for this role**
