Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and mentor the development team on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvements.
• Maintain project documentation, s, and communication to keep stakeholders informed.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in a software development environment, particularly within a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experienced with industry tools like Jira, MixPanel and Full Story.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate effectively.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with MarTech or SaaS products is highly desirable.
