Kaliba – Tech & Sales Talent Hiring for Account Executive at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time
Incredibly exciting opportunity for an Account Executive with strong drive and energy to work for a European MarTech vendor. As the first AE on the ground in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in the growth within the APAC market. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients, contributing to the establishment of the office, and recruiting additional Account Executives to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Close high level business in an agile, fast moving sales environment.
- Prospect via outbound methodologies to build & generate pipeline.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Accurately use the CRM to forecast and for pipeline management.
- Be involved in other duties such as recruitment, team events et al.
Experience Needed
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record in selling to organisations via outbound and inbound sales. Be able to demonstrate this.
- Ability to close deals from start to finish i.e. via prospecting, product demonstrations, deal negotiation, closure etc.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work within a team and cross-collaborate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary
- Up to $150k base (candidates at this level would need some management or leadership experience) + Super.
- There is no commission or bonus in this role, however the targets are very, very reasonable, and rather low!
