Position Overview: As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by serving as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our platform, guiding clients through technical assessments, and providing ongoing support to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical pre-sales discussions with potential clients
• Collaborate with customers to address complex data challenges
• Master the ins and outs of our platform to deliver exceptional service
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance our product offering
• Work closely with global colleagues on cross-functional initiatives
• Support knowledge sharing across teams to foster continuous growth

Experience & Qualifications:

• Approximately 4 years of experience in technical consulting or pre-sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing analytics.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in a client-facing capacity.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio and similar tools.
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
