Kaleidoscope School Hiring for Elementary Computer Teacher Job at Phoenix, AZ Full Time

Kaleidoscope School is looking for a part-time Computer Teacher for the 22/23 school year. We believe in a hands-on learning experience. The Computer Teacher will work Monday through Friday, 11:30-3:30pm. There is opportunity to get more hours in a different area.

The Computer Teacher will

• Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students’ acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.
• Instructing in a manner that develops students’ confidence in their abilities.
• Observing and managing classroom dynamics.
• Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.
• Tracking and communicating students’ advancement throughout the course.
• Ensuring that the computer laboratory remains free from food and drink at all times.
• Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.
• Attending parent-teacher and faculty conferences.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information System or similar area

· Arizona Educator Certification or considered highly qualified

· 2 years working with children, with 1 year as a teacher

· Ability to be flexible

· Can work in a team environment

· Fingerprinted and CPR/First Aid Certified

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
