The Marketing Operations Manager leads the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and data flow. Tasks include but are not limited to, collaboration on marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives, managing the data and s within the CRM and marketing systems, and looking for opportunities to increase the organizations’ utilization of marketing technology.

The Key Accountabilities of the Marketing Operations Manager are:

• Executes and tracks marketing campaigns that enhance the ability to attract and retain business.
• Maintains data health and integrity to ensure complete, accurate, and actionable data flow between systems and departments.
• Compiles and analyzes marketing data and s to gauge campaign effectiveness and insights that drive constant, measurable improvement of marketing efforts.
• Develops and maintains the ability to visualize the lead flow of customer journey and optimize capability to nurture and convert leads into opportunities.
• Leads utilization and optimization of marketing technology that supports scalability and impact on the organization.

The Minimum Requirements for the Marketing Operations Manager are:

• A deep understanding of email automation programs REQUIRED
• Experience with Pardot, Zoom Info, Salesforce a PLUS
• Experience with marketing automation REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent years of experience in the marketing field REQUIRED
• Experience with digital marketing REQUIRED
• Data Management REQUIRED

Additional Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Manager are:

• Collaborates with Marketing to discuss campaign strategy and development. Reviews and plans improvements for marketing ing and data. Collaborates on campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop meaningful marketing campaigns through marketing technology including Salesforce and Pardot. Carries out campaigns and other marketing concepts developed in partnership with Marketing. Builds automation, as well as segmenting, and targeting that aligns with overall campaign strategy. Tracks campaign success through CRM system analytics.
• Partners with the Marketing content team to develop strategic messages for targeted marketing campaigns conducts message testing, and executes reoccurring messaging.
• Ensures media outputs (i.e., video assets) interfacing with marketing channels are compatible with current systems, optimized, and executed effectively within campaigns.
• Enters data in the CRM system to create meaningful s to inform work in other departments. Provides insight and clarification to add more context when needed. Collaborates with other departments to create new ways to leverage the CRM system.
• Owns overall marketing technology ecosystem and ensures data flow throughout multiple departments is operating accurately and efficiently.
• Builds and maintains the data flow process with actionable automation across departments to ensure fast and accurate data flow from marketing to sales.
• Manages inbound data flow pertinent to inside sales/customer service and sales. Ensures inside sales/customer service and sales receive all data and info from form fills and email responses in a timely and accurate manner. Understands stages and funnel definitions and how to capture data in an accurate and actionable way.
• Creates and maintains marketing dashboards and s to track marketing KPIs, efforts, and outreach that include email open, click through, and bounce rate in addition to revenue data. Shares with senior leadership and provide additional context as needed.
• Develops new s and look for ways to enhance current s used by Marketing and other departments. Collaborates with IT on Power BI ing as needed.
• Tracks the progress and success of campaigns through CRM system analytics and provides s to involved parties.
• Drives revenue optimization by clearly defining, implementing, and executing data flow through the sales funnel.
• Implements and maintains a lead scoring program that drives conversions of leads for each stage of the funnel and tracks all inbound lead data to provide KPI ing and actionable insights.
• Collaborates with Sales to gain input and alignment on various stages of the buyer/customer journey. Maps out and defines a funnel that mirrors Kaivac’s customer journey and tailors campaign strategy to each stage of the journey.
• Communicates and ensures full utilization of marketing technology and provides recommendations for plugins, updates, and future-thinking technology that aligns with Kaivac’s strategy and business needs.
• Leverages marketing technology for sales enablement and assists with lead generation that Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing technology support and enable.
• Partners with IT and Web Development to examine marketing technology for potential improvements. Champions implementation of new marketing technologies.
• Interfaces and contacts vendors to resolve issues and answer questions about the functionality of systems such as Salesforce and Pardot. Seeks additional knowledge about the function of systems by browsing support pages, reading updates, and completing new pieces of training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
