The opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our HR team. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for our retail stores.  

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment including the creation and posting of job ads, candidate selection, organising interviews & reference checks
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding 
• Assist with new employee contracts and contract variations 
• Manage employee files and records effectively
• Accurately provide recruitment data and collaborate in creating meaningful ing. 
• The opportunity to explore other areas of human resources outside of recruitment. 

Key Requirements:

Studying or recently completed Business or Human Resources Degree or diploma.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & SharePoint)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally
