Kairos Home Improvement Inc Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Owings Mills, MD Full Time

Part Time Position with hours of Tuesday- Friday, 9AM- 3:30PM with a lunch break.

We intend for this job to evolve into a full time position wihtin 90 days of start. Once, employee becomes full time, we will be able to offer a full benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Sick Leave, etc.

During the Part Time duration, we will offer paid Holidays, Aflac, and PTO accumulation.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Content creation for online and physical marketing/advertising channels
• Candidate must have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to visit job sites for content creation
• Create Posting Schedule for multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to update website, SEO, and Google listing based on site analytics
• E-marketing and newsletters for client retention/repeat business
• Elevate online presence to bring in more leads for residential/commercial estimates
• Understand KPI to increase engagement and

Kairos Home Improvement is looking for an individual who can eventually take the reigns on our Marketing. This position is an evolving position with a lot of room for rapid growth. We intend on this position becoming Hybrid as well once it goes Full-time.
