MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:
As a Learning and Development Administrator in Kainos, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services and processes that support the core business at Kainos.
You will be accountable for delivering high quality work in line with company policies and process guidelines. You will be working as part of a team to effectively deliver Learning and Development support to the core business.
This role would be to support our Workday Academy team in the following areas:
Administration and logistics activities related to the setup and delivery of our Workday Academy training programmes and tools.
Delivery of an efficient support function within the Workday Academy, by maintaining accurate training records, data files, and documentation.
Process, track and respond to JIRA support tickets.
Providing customer service in a fast-paced Learning & Development environment.
This role would be particularly suited to someone who is an experienced L&D Administrator, who has an interest in developing their career in this area.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS
Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
Personal time management and planning skills
Ability to deliver tasks within a given timeframe
Demonstrate a willingness to learn
Good verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholders
We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability of strong team skills, including taking direction from others, is crucial
Be amicable and approachable with a mature, collaborative style
Highly flexible, including willingness to work flexible hours at peak times
Experience with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent
DESIRABLE
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sensible decisions
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment
Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tool, SharePoint, Workday
Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting
SharePoint administration experience
