Kai Shin Clinic Hiring for Addiction Medicine Physician/Addiction Psychiatrist/Psychiatrist Full Time

Kai Shin Clinic is growing, and we seek to add another physician to the practice. Our mission, ” Welcome those, detox those, treat those, and provide a sense of community to those struggling with substance use disorders and mental health. “

We have humble beginnings from a small office in Roseville, to now five main locations, and 3 partnerships. We seek to be provide gold standard addiction medicine and mental health services to those in the twin cities and now expanding across the state. We have full wrap around services, entailing ambulatory detox, MAT, psychological testing, a licensed 245G outpatient program, therapy, in house lab, addiction medicine office visits, and psychiatry.

We are currently a company of 50 employees with 14 providers, seeking to add 2 more. The medical team is comprised of MD, Psychiatry and Physician Assistants. We pride ourselves on being available to the community, as a starting point, maintenance, and long term place to seek help for addiction, where we are truly advocates of our patients.

The position is full time, and will be a salary guarantee for year 1 (to be discussed upon offer). Then production. It is possible to make more than the median salary for addiction medicine and psychiatry nationally and locally. Will discuss this at interview more. If you want to have a scribe this is possible. Qualifications:

Minnesota Medical License, MD/DO

DEA, XDEA

Board certified in addiction medicine or psychiatry with addiction certificate

We are willing to train the right individual, and go through the practice pathway.
