Talent Acquisition Specialist with HR Generalist experience
Recruitment:
Active recruitment, manage ATS, generate turnover reports and statistics. Participate in wage analysis, rate/salary benchmarking. 5-6 hours per day will be spent responding to applicants in writing/email and via phone, setting up in-person interviews for the various hiring managers, conducting phone screens and dispositioning resumes. Will post all position requisitions, work with hiring managers to understand their needs, and will provide excellent follow-up. May assist with onboarding processes, may assist with new hire orientations. Will initiate background checks and drug screening of all applicants. Will gather copies of certain types of medical credentials and or certifications. Will prepare offer letters and manage the recruitment process from job post through onboarding. Approximate number of open positions on average per week fluctuates between 15-25. You will be recruiting for various Housekeeping, Maintenance, Dietary, Medical professionals, Administrative, and more. ***If you are an experienced Recruiter then you already know what is expected.***
Human Resources:
Approximately 2 hours per day will be devoted to HR generalist activities within the HR department supporting the HRD and working collaboratively with the entire HR team on various projects. This requires working with staff and co-workers to provide excellent customer service.

****This is not a remote position. However, if you are success in keeping the facility staffed we will consider allowing for 1-2 days working from home.
