We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Accounting Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Reports to the Accounting Manager.
• Reconcile Corporate Bank Account and is secondary approver on bank account.
• Knowledgeable on foreign shipments transactions, including Customs, Duties and Harbor Fees.
• Verify vendor invoice pricing.
• Experienced in Fixed Assets.
• Process all Personal Property filings.
• Process and reconcile Petty Cash monthly.
• JE for SM03 – move cost to branch business area as needed.
• Process warranty claims.
• Monthly processing of Financial Statement including General Ledger transactions.
• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system.
• Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

• Bachelor Degree, Accounting preferred or an Associate Degree in Accounting plus three to five years experience in accounting processing.
• Expert verbal and written English proficiency.
• Basic skill level in G-Suite.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
