K & J Ashworth Logging LLC Hiring for Cutter/Skidder Operator at Seagrove, NC Full Time

In search of a reliable equipment operator to join our family-owned and operated logging company. Our current needs are for a cutter operator as well as a skidder operator. We would prefer someone with at least some experience working in the woods, but are willing to train the right candidate–reliability and consistency go a long way with us. Also, some knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of cutter/skidder in cutting/dragging wood to load trucks
• assisting in maintenance of equipment
• trimming up trucks
• assisting in loading and moving heavy equipment from jobsite to jobsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 – $300.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
