Justworks is seeking a creative, strategic video content creator to work as part of our dynamic digital & content marketing team. The Video Content Producer will be an all-around creator and producer, leading video projects from conceptualization through final delivery. They will possess the ability to find new ways to present brand and customer stories to develop community. They will orchestrate production on everything from quick-turn TikTok videos to a 5-minute profile piece. They will also be primarily responsible for the execution of content experiences across our digital channels to drive discovery, awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

• Audit existing content and create a roadmap for resolving issues and developing net-new content optimized for search
• Creation and delivery of video content across a range of formats, lengths, and platforms including organic, paid social, and web to drive awareness, engagement, and community growth aligned with overall digital & brand strategy, tone, and voice
• Leading video, talent, and management teams on-set & location for a variety of project types including, but not limited to social & digital content, B2B marketing content optimized for discovery, and experiential & event captur
• Handle shoot preparation and post-production (brief, shoot, edit, animation, casting, etc.) of short-form video content
• Proactively identify impediments before they arise, finding solutions and efficiencies while elevating creative output
• Develop and continually manage project timelines and budgets, as well as annual projections for video content needs
• Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters
• Recruit, onboard, and resource freelance workers as needed
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal marketing teams
• Analyze performance of video content and craft ing strategy, developing weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly s and communicate this analysis and findings to relevant internal groups
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years of creative production experience in a deadline-driven environment and a well-rounded list of credits and clips, demonstrating experience in both traditional and digital video landscapes with a focus on branded content and short-form storytelling
• You have a passion and curiosity for multiple genres and an understanding of the digital landscape and prestige of digital production
• Experience producing shoots in studio and on location, across different lighting and equipment set-ups with an exceptional eye for visual elements
• You have field production, post-production, live experience, and working with talent on camera
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a problem solver by nature
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to accept and implement feedback, as well as share constructive feedback with the team
• Strong portfolio/reel of various types of video work, explicit documentation of role in each project
• Demonstrated understanding of YouTube and social video best practices
• Motion graphics & design experience a plus

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $97,000.00 to $106,700.00 per year.
