Justt Hiring for Growth Marketing Manager Full Time

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to help build out our position as the global market leader in technology led chargeback solutions to merchants and support the company’s business objectives and execute marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to fast-track our company’s growth. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will manage and support activities across the pre-sales stage of the customer experience: customer acquisition, campaign development and execution, email nurturing, as well as helping drive the strategy behind our growth model.

Working cross-functionally with the product marketing team, design, and sales teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while ing to the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing. You will monitor and manage our campaigns, market engagement, inbound & outbound email communications, and all strategies behind them.

Our ideal candidate for this role is a marketing generalist who can take ownership of campaign development and understand the elements of successful digital marketing in today’s market. The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Rollworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
• Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with with the content, product, and sales teams
• Create demand generation campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with new and existing audiences
• Work closely with SDRs and AEs to establish a sound feedback loop for maximizing the success of each campaign
• Lead sales enablement initiatives to supplement new and existing campaigns
• Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
• Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, ahrefs, and HubSpot) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
• Compile performance s to brief the team on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
• At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
• Expertise with narrative development and email nurturing
• Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management software (Monday.com)
