This position follows a hybrid work model with both remote work and work in the office.

$65,000 – $75,000 annual salary

Justice Resource Institute (JRI), a leader in social justice, is a nonprofit human services agency that provides residential, group home, community-based, outpatient, and public health treatment settings for children, adolescents and their families. All JRI programs provide trauma-informed care. They support youth, adults and families to navigate challenges and meaningfully contribute to society. The goals of all programs are 1) excellence of service and 2) the advancement of the field, through knowledge sharing, research, and development of new models of care.

The recruiter we are seeking will source qualified candidates for our residential division, which provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on select sites, full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

JRI provides the training so that:

• YOU will be able to meet hiring goals by collaborating with our programs in seeking and screening qualified candidates through colleges, employment agencies, media, and various jobsite platforms.
• YOU will be able to maintain communication with a case load of programs to ensure recruitment systems are being followed and candidates are being moved through the Applicant Tracking System workflow to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• YOU will be comfortable attracting and interacting with candidates on social media and career boards.
• YOU can build relationships with colleges and community organizations to help attract ideal candidates.
• YOU will be able to screen candidates for skills, job specifications experience, background and overall company culture fit.
• YOU will be able to report on talent acquisition and success metrics, such as time to hire, source tracking, onboarding success, and retention and turnover data.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1 or more years of sourcing, recruiting and talent acquisition experience required.
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern recruitment strategies
• Demonstrated success for meeting recruitment goals
• Strong desire to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Applicant Tracking System experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law and Human Resources best practices.
• Experience in Mental Health settings a plus!
• Enthusiasm for communicating JRI’s mission to attract strong applicants!
