Just Sealing is Looking for Customer Service Representative/ Admin Full Time

Just Sealing is property services company specializing in protective coating applications for residential and commercial customers all over the GTA. Driven by growth innovation, we are pursuing multiple highly talented CSRs to join us on our mission of providing exceptional services for businesses and home owners all over Ontario.

Roles and Responsibilities/ What to expect:

• End-to-end client communication
• Managing phone and email to streamline client communication
• Responding to client emails and requests
• Organizing and sorting email flow
• Opening customer accounts by inputting customer information into CRM
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information
• Creating client quotes, scheduling projects, and generating invoices
• Handling customer complaints by providing solutions or forwarding customer concerns to appropriate team members
• Learning the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries (keep record of inquires)
• Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
• Organizing and compiling SOPs
• Maintaining organization of Google Drive
• Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Preferred:

• Daily bookkeeping via Quickbooks
• Payroll related duties

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication skills like a pleasant demeanour and ability to work with multiple personalities
• Attention to detail to provide high level written communication to customers
• Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
• Ability to multitask and communicate with multiple customers at the same time
• Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
• Leadership skills to be part of team growth and manage a team of other CSRs

Training:

• You are responsible for completing the training program (online and on-site).
• Training will take place during the orientation period and ongoing throughout the season.
• Training will include:On-site training with the General Manager.

Specific software training and app trainingWorkiz, Quickbooks, YETI, and Trainual.

Probation Period:

• A probation period of 90 days is in effect on the initiation of the contract.
• A performance evaluation will be conducted at the end of the probation period.
• The performance evaluation may be done prior to the end of probation. In this case the probation period ends prematurely, after the evaluation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

• Administrative: 2 years (required)
