Just Good Hygiene Hiring for Office Administrator at Lichfield Full Time

An established and expanding business located in Lichfield is seeking an office administrator to help strengthen our team.

We are a specialist ventilation contractor working with major retailers to ensure they meet the highest standards of air hygiene.

An opportunity has come up for an office assistant to join our team. The role will be 20 hours per week initially with potential to increase. Hours can be flexible to suit the individual candidate. Rate of pay will be £10-£12 p/h depending on experience.

Duties will include:

  • HR Admin including processing of employees timesheets, overtime and holidays. Providing admin support for recruitment, new starters and performance management.
  • Scheduling work for engineers and processing information on to internal systems.
  • Account handling to include general support with invoicing and petty cash.
  • Filing of reports generated by engineers.
  • Answering telephones and dealing with ad-hoc queries.
  • Providing general admin support.

Skills/Experience Required*

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • HR Admin experience an advantage.
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Ability to manage your own time and workload.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
