All about the role

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Preparing financial models and KPI measurement, analysing and interpreting them to help steer the business towards scalable growth
• Being a key link between Finance and other business operations, providing a high standard of analytical support and clearly communicating findings
• Assisting with developing and maintaining highly analytical and robust customer cohort financial models, which help drive the budget/reforecast processes
• Enhancing and adapting financial reporting to changes in organisational complexity and external macro factors
• Owning the design and implementation of finance optimisation initiatives and automating manual processes where possible
• Leading the continuous revenue protection exercise to identify, understand and drive cross-functional action to mitigate revenue erosion
• Working with the Tech/Product team to implement customer invoicing improvements, strengthening controls and processes to ensure we have a financial and invoicing solution fit for Enterprise clients
• Ensuring that all of the company’s financial practices are in-line with statutory regulations, legislation and reporting requirements.

Can you deliver…

Here’s what we’re looking for from our Senior Finance Analyst…

• Finalist or fully qualified in a globally-recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). We can help support financially with this qualification.
• BSc/BA level degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience working in finance
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to communicate finance to non-finance people and see the big picture
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
