As our Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support our Global Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) HQ Team in delivering our mission to deliver a first-class recruitment experience to our candidates and the business.

All about the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll support the TA Team by coordinating interviews and ensuring the best possible experience for everyone who interacts with our team. As someone who is passionate about continuous improvement, you’ll also work to collect and analyse data to help us improve our processes and deliver the best possible candidate experience. As a team we love to learn, so you’ll also have access to some fantastic learning tools like Social Talent where you can hone your skills in all things recruitment. One thing we can also guarantee is that no two days will be the same!

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Managing the interview booking process including communicating interview details, scheduling interviewers’ diaries and securing meeting rooms

• Creating and updating information packs

• Provide general administration support to the TA team e.g. raising Purchase Orders, keeping a record of budget, and administering tests to external candidates

• Participate in ad-hoc recruitment projects as and when required

• Helping ensure smooth onboarding experience alongside the wider Talent & HR team

• Organising the central Talent Acquisition folder on the drive, ensuring all TA docs are on brand and up to date

• Assisting with organising team events

• Assisting recruiters and hiring managers, where necessary, with contracts on Concord

• Management of Social Talent (Learning Platform) Licences

Can you deliver…

• Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally within a recruitment environment (in-house or agency)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple projects
