The Opportunity

Just Eat Takeaway’s Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Talent Acquisition team is a very busy bunch hiring lots of new talent for the wonderful world of Just Eat Takeaway.

You will become a part of the exciting and fast-paced recruitment process for future JETters. This will involve supporting the TA team to help organise candidate interviews, look to implement interview coordination reporting, standardise interview feedback, analyse recruitment data and improve the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and update recruitment reporting and monthly dashboards

• Utilise data to look at trends in the interview process

• Implement and drive interview coordination and scheduling best practice

• Creating consistent candidate information packs

• Assisting in the organisation of assessment centres and interviews including communicating interview details, scheduling interviewers diaries and securing meeting rooms

• Managing candidate experience surveys and analyse the data in monthly reports

• Liaise with and be point of contact with third party providers

Required skills and experience

• Previous administration or coordination experience, preferably within a recruitment environment

• Proven analytical and problem skills

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Attention to detail

• Proficient with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.

• Strong organisational skills

• The ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing multiple projects
