The Role
This hands-on generalist role offers a unique opportunity to work across all facets of Human Resources within a global business.
Core responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment and onboarding
• Support performance management processes
• Provide timely and credible HR advice to support managers and team members in the areas of recruitment, compliance, leadership, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and disciplinary action
• Manage complaints, conduct workplace investigations and mediations as required.
• Assist & support wider HR People Projects
• Work with the broader HR team to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Managing and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
This is a busy role requiring a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders at once. This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and an ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
The successful candidate will have;

• Formal Human Resources Management qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• A sound understanding of employment law
• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• The ability to provide credible and well supported HR advice to Managers and employees
• Strong experience across all performance management processes
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee data and information relating to employee and management issues
• Excellent time management and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Previous experience using a HRIS system
• Proficiency in MS Office
