JuppLee Google Ad Suspension Experts.
We are experts in online digital marketing, but we also specialize in Google Ads Suspensions. We’re looking for top talent to join the JuppLee marketing team. This is a fun full-time remote work from home position that will be primarily assist with Google Ad Suspensions. There is an increasing number of suspended accounts on Google’s advertising platform, Google Ads. In just last year alone, there were over 3.5+ billion ads removed/disapproved and 5+ million accounts suspended on the platform. JuppLee is now building a team dedicated to assisting customers in the appeal process to get their Google Ads accounts unsuspended.
Applicants should be critical thinkers and self-starters ready to take on the tasks of managing multiple accounts. We utilize advertisement systems like Google Ads and Microsoft ads, and these are coupled with SEO services that cover a vast array of structured content over many more platforms. This content is pushed through the hands of our clients onto their websites, so that they may facilitate safe and compliant practices in online business.
If you have a background in technology, and more specifically, Digital Marketing, SEO, Policy Management, and Web Design, you could be an ideal candidate! First, let’s take a look at what we’re looking for as a company, then we’ll go over what you will be doing.
We’re looking for:
· A self-starter. Someone who is driven and has the ability to communicate effectively, listen attentively, and respond accordingly. There is a lot of independence with this job, and we’d like someone who is passionate and excited about growing with the JuppLee team.
· Someone who always learning, learns things quickly, and practically applies what they’ve learned in an efficient manner. The job can be fast-paced at times, and new situations arise all the time where you will be expected to learn and apply new things.
· A critical thinker. Someone who thinks outside the box and approaches things openly and apt to learn. Not every detail in large datasets can be accounted for at times, and it is good to consistently be aware of areas that may need extra thought.
· Automation experience. As we are dealing with large datasets, it is good to know how to automate processes to help make the day-to-day easier and more efficient.
· 1+ years Digital Marketing experience/PPC Management. College experience would be a plus here, as the practices we employ in Digital Marketing involve large datasets structured through a variety of platforms. We need someone who is familiar with advertising, and more specifically, with Google Ads and PPC strategies.
· SEO/Content generation experience. Someone who has experience marking up content and redistributing it consistently on reputable platforms. These platforms could include Social Media, Websites, or any form of established network.
· Excel/Google docs familiarity. You should be very familiar with Excel/Google Docs. Most of the content you’ll be handling is managed through Excel and Google Docs.
· Sales experience. While the role is not a sales position role, it is definitely a plus to know how to effectively communicate with and upsell customers. You will be the main point of contact for most customers, so you will have many opportunities to upsell customers on our services.
· Extensive understanding of English grammar. When presenting documentation in Google Ads appeals, it is very important that the correct grammar and vocabulary is used. This also applies to the creation of content, as spelling mistakes, bad grammar, and unstructured content could lead to ambiguous interpretations of what should otherwise be a clear and concise statement.
· A team player. JuppLee is a small and growing company, so open and productive communication between team members is a must. We hold team meetings multiple times a month to keep everyone on the same page about things.
What you will be doing:
· Handling and Managing multiple accounts. Applicants will be expected to log into JuppLee accounts daily, review these accounts thoroughly, and update accounts where necessary.
· Google Ads Suspensions. Applicants are expected to link and review clients’ Google Ads accounts, then compare the suspended accounts to Google Ads policies in order to process and create an extended case to appeal said accounts. These cases will include documentation which could have been collected from either the customer and/or Google Ads policies.
· SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Applicants may be tasked with optimizing search engine content for both JuppLee and clients. This will involve onsite SEO, local SEO, content generation, social media management, content markup, and possibly other areas of SEO that may not be listed here.
· Digital marketing/Advertising. Applicants will be expected to log into JuppLee’s Google Ads MCC on a daily basis to check client accounts. You will also be expected to create and link client accounts and create and edit ads for all client accounts.
· Calling clients on a weekly basis and updating clients where necessary. It is important to consistently keep in touch with clients and discuss account status with them where needed. Interacting with customers and maintaining healthy relationships is a large part of the business.
· Updating the CRM. One of the most important tasks is having and maintaining accurate data in the CRM. It will be your responsibility to consistently update and account for discrepancies on a day-to-day basis.
· Collecting and creating KPI and s to monitor JuppLee performance. For any successful business, it is important to keep track of and measure performance so that business goals are met. Collecting, creating, and presenting data in an insightful way to help improve the business model should be the forefront of your daily tasks. This data should be presented and reviewed regularly at team meetings.
