Juno Education is a recognised international quality education company providing access to selected study abroad colleges and universities. We assist international students in finding the right choice of course and institute mainly in the UK and rest of the world.

We currently work with many higher education institutions and language schools throughout the UK.

We are looking to recruit an internationally-minded, sales-driven individual to promote education in the UK. Whilst a highly developed market already for English language programmes, Middle East is a big sales territory for Higher Education programmes in the UK. This role therefore represents an exciting opportunity for the right person to build a strong network of partners and develop the market in the Middle East as a territory.

The business environment is complex, balancing a strong focus on commercial goals with an emphasis on compliance in a sector which is highly regulated.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing plans to meet targets
• Driving student leads and applications
• Converting leads from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolments
• Organising and taking part in events with sales representatives, schools, universities and partner universities; and organise supporting collateral development
• Providing first-rate customer service including response on all enquiries
• Establishing, developing and maintaining long-term agent relationships
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with universities to drive effective recruitment
• Evaluating recruitment and marketing activities for effectiveness and return on investment
• Coordinating events for UK delegates visiting overseas for student recruitment fairs.
• Researching, appraising and presenting for consideration opportunities for business development
• Providing support to other markets as required
• Any other activities as required by the Head of Business Development
• Weekly basis reporting to Managing Director
• Travel nationwide in the UK and international visits including weekends and bank holidays to achieve sales targets at a later date.

The post involves travel and includes exhibitions, open days, seminars and meetings with sponsors.

• Experience of working in a target-driven sales/business development role
• University level education
• Strong interest in international education

• Confident and willing to travel independently and to work irregular hours when required
• First-hand experience of international education
• Past working experience at UK’s higher education institution
• Understanding of UK and International Higher Education
