Junk Removal Authority Hiring for PPC Account Manager Full Time

Our marketing agency in Apex, NC is seeking a Client Advocate. Our Client Advocates are professionals who work to build, maintain and strengthen a company’s relationship with each client. A Client Advocate will work with clients to build proven sales and marketing strategies to overcome specific challenges their business will face. Our Client Advocates will communicate frequently with clients to help them achieve their business objectives using our company’s proven products and services.

This is a full-time position. You will be required to work from our Apex, NC office Monday-Friday. We are currently working in-office.

The ideal candidate will have the following abilities:

• Serving as the single point of contact between our product support and our clients.
• Uncovering the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them
• Regularly checking in on clients to ensure continued satisfaction with our products and support
• Addressing all concerns or issues a client may have and working with account managers or leadership to resolve them
• Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy our clients with the company’s products or services
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes clients spend and performance via Google Ads, SEO and Website
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Working knowledge of digital online ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with clients on performance of their digital marketing campaigns
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their markets, budgets, and other relevant factors to produce results
• Analyze data (Google Analytics, SEMrush, call/booking data) to review and adjust campaigns
• Monitor campaigns to ensure best practices are met, including proper target location, keywords, times, and daily budget
• Provide clients with monthly s to review statistics
• Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certifications strongly encouraged.
• Work with production team to measure and performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
