Key purpose of job

Working alongside the Sales, Training, Customer Success and Customer Support Teams, you will contribute to providing a seamless onboarding experience in the implementation of Juniper Education software products.

The purpose of the role is to support the project management element of the onboarding journey and post-onboarding support.

Your focus will be ensuring that each customer has an outstanding experience throughout the implementation phase of the customer journey.

Key attributes and competences

· Educated to at least Higher Education standards desired

· Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Human Resources, Payroll or Software Implementation.

· Ability to quickly become highly knowledgeable on Juniper’s solutions, capabilities, implementation best practices and deployment approach.

· Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels with customers.

· Able to navigate and advise on complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and systems.

· Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

· Aptitude both for analysing business concepts and translating them into educational related terms, and for mapping customer requirements to application features.
