Junior Digital Designer
Stephen Thomas Ltd (ST) is a full-service marketing and fundraising agency dedicated to helping our clients raise more money. Right now, we are looking for a contract Junior Digital Designer.

Could you be the Junior Digital Designer we’re looking for? If you’re detail-oriented, energetic and positive, we offer a collaborative, supportive environment where you can grow your skills. Working at ST you will receive an hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour.
Working exclusively with non-profit clients you, along with your ST teammates, become your client’s partner. Your role is to help clients deliver against their own campaign objectives, and in doing so make sure they look good within their own organization because of their working relationship with ST.
You will collaborate with your ST Creative Team to provide flawless day-to-day delivery of digital design projects for your clients. By working efficiently and productively, you will contribute to a positive team environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the team in designing and executing digital fundraising campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
- Create digital ads, banners, email creative, landing pages, social posts, and motion/video-based components
- Prepare assets for handoff to our dev team or clients for deployment
- Work collaboratively with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven creative
- Make revisions and updates to existing campaign materials as needed
- Support occasional ad hoc requests, including design for pitch decks and light edits to print and direct mail materials as required
Education & Experience:
- Experience or training in digital design
- A strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
- Comfort working across multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Willingness to support both digital and print/mail work
- Print experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Openness to learning training will be provided for print-related work
- A positive attitude and readiness to jump in where needed
