You will be a big part of our national Talent Acquisition team at Junior Adventures Group, with an opportunity to create magical moments every day. You will help keep our NSW business humming by thinking outside the box, using your creativity and innovation to find and attract talent both internally and externally. You’re going to amaze our managers by always getting the right people in the right roles, at the right time. You’ll be responsible for talent acquisition in ACT, but support the NSW team as well. JAG provides quality outside school hours care programs, and so we need top talent, and you’ll be making sure the team member journey from the moment they first interact with us is a joy. You’ll help create and maintain a dynamic workplace culture that supports us in delivering results.
This opportunity it is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract with the view of extension!

Create irresistible ads and help promote our EVP
Your phone will be running hot, talking to candidates, selling the dream, screening CV’s and lining them up for the hiring managers. You will be recruiting for Casual, Educators, Assistant Coordinators, Coordinators and Lead Coordinator roles for our OSHC Services.
Keep our managers up to date with where their requests are at, and what amazing strategies you have in place to get their roles filled
Keep the candidates moving through the workflow processes, love them or lose them!
Use our social media presence to differentiate us in the market and attract the best talent
Build connected and supportive relationships with our internal teams and external partners, keep your finger on the pulse
Keep your eye on the market and industry trends, and share your insights
Work with the broader People, Culture and Performance (PC&P) team on all our exciting projects
Maintain the fantastic culture of care and collaboration that our team is renowned for
Proactively take the lead in your own personal development
About you
You love people – it’s wired into your DNA and you love creating meaningful moments for people
You’re tech savvy (or a quick learner) and have experience using ATS systems.
You’re as cool as a cucumber in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
You’ve got an eye for detail with a ‘ can do’ attitude.
You’re a gun at administrative tasks and not afraid of making 80 + phone calls per day.
You’re super organised and can keep everything on track, and you’re comfortable managing your own time.
You’re a big kid at heart.
You are driven. You’re perceptive, you ask questions and you strive to understand.
You get a kick out of creating unexpected experiences which make people go wow!
You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you’re comfortable communicating at all levels. You’re authentic when you express yourself. People trust you.
