The role in a nutshell
Based in Harrisdale Helping Hands Network, have fun at work while you assist a team of experienced Educators, providing creative activities and adventurous games.
This exciting opportunity covers hours in after school care (2:40 pm – 6 pm) Monday to Friday, plus hours in our holiday programes.
This permanent part-time role is open to those experienced in working with children, and those starting a new career.
What to expect
Deliver planned activities based on the children’s interest and your own skills
Teamwork to create interesting and varied programes
Food preparation, paperwork, reporting and light cleaning duties.
About you
Commitment to our company values and philosophy
Must hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care , Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or
Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioral science or nursing
Availability over Monday to Friday 27.50 hours per week
The ability to pass a National Police Check
