The role in a nutshell

If you have a passion for working with children with a teamwork focus, Helping Hands and OSHClub is a career for you!

As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! With a variety of locations all over Perth and Bunbury you will work across before school and after school shifts and our amazing holiday programs full of excursions and incursion that you will attend and join in with the children’s fun, creating lasting memories for our children in care.

Ideally, you have a skill, passion or interest to share with the children, as diverse activities and creativity is key to our ongoing success

You will bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.

About you

We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachel ors qualified within relevant discipline as approved by ACECQA for a Coordinator role, but we’re also happy to invest in you to study

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Education Support or School Education and Care; OR • Diploma in Children’s Services or Early Childhood Education and Care; OR • Degree in Primary Education, Secondary or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent; OR • Diploma or Degree in Recreation; Sport Science; Leisure Studies; Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing

Experience in a similar role would be amazing

A current Working with Children’s Check

The ability to pass a National Police Check

Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
