We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The role will partner with our product and engineering leadership and lead sourcing strategy for our technical positions. This role is perfect for someone with a technical recruiting background who’s eager to be a part of building an engineering team.

Responsibilities include

• Identify and prospect qualified candidates by using referrals, online job postings, and social media
• Develop a strong prospect pipeline to support technical recruiting needs
• Create, organize, and manage a comprehensive candidate database
• Track search activity and optimize strategies and tactics for sourcing tech talents
• Evaluate candidates qualifications and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Contribute to building tech recruiting strategy and planning

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
