We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team in the dynamic Liberty Village. Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat
• Liaising with customers and our in-house teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to
• Remaining up to date with Jukebox’s products and services
• Front-of-house reception duty—as needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Customer Support: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
• Print/Graphic Communications: 1 year

• Determination to complete tasks
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Located in the trendy, dynamic, and youthful Liberty Village, Jukebox’s offices are bursting with originality and innovation. The former light factory on Atlantic Ave. and Dufferin St. has been transformed into a modern hub of creativity. It is home to Jukebox’s team of young and dynamic individuals. The ideal location is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, a fitness center, and an Exhibition GO Station.

The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM. Training shifts will be at our Liberty Village office Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.
