We are seeking 3 highly motivated and driven Live Streaming Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to earn a competitive commission, if you treat it as a carrer than job, you are the good fit. All Candidates must complete all the steps and assessment to be qualify.

Qualifications:

• Familar with nailing, fashion, DIY
• Outgoing, Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of social media: Instagram, Tiktok
• Pervious experience as waitresses or sale is an asset

Payout structure:

• Competitive basic salary: $20-$25
• Uncapped commission structure

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and relationship building with customers in live streaming
• Conduct market research and gather information on competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
• Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers and educate them on the features and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead tracking and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction

Working hours:

• Flexible working hours: from 5 pm to 11 pm, 5-7 days a week.
