Juice Recruitment Ltd Hiring for Senior Internal Communications at Malmesbury Full Time

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an incredibly well respected global research & technology company, with the appointment of a Senior Internal Comms Contractor (6 month contract).

The role would be to support their Product Units team in delivering internal product launches, campaigns and stories across the brand. You’ll be expected to develop leadership communications and product content which will be deployed across their global functions, sales regions and markets.

You’ll play a big part in making sure that staff globally feel informed, engaged & inspired by their new products. Being enthusiastic, energetic & results focused will be crucial in being successful at this company. You will be ing directly into the Global Head of Internal Communications.

Role detail:

• Develop and drive the global internal strategy for product launches across their Product Units (with particular focus on Beauty), aligning to external comms plans and priorities
• Develop and deliver global product reveals. Including asset development and measurement/ing
• Support regional/market communications teams with local launches and activity
• Ongoing storytelling across their global channels to sustain momentum – development of different content formats
• Devising events and opportunities for their people to get hands on and meet their engineers and ambassadors to understand the technology, the science behind it and how they are engaging their customers
• Some business partnering Product Unit leadership with aspects of internal communications for their organisations

Minimum qualifications:

• 8+ years professional experience working in corporate/internal communications with strong storytelling, campaigns and partnering experience.
• Experience leading PR, consumer, corporate and internal communications events and campaigns, with a focus on technology.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience writing and turning complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content.
• Experience advising and influencing executives.
• Experience producing content tied to company priorities and product campaigns for internal audiences at varying levels across an organisation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in solving problems using judgement, measurement and analysis to providing practical, timely and effective communications guidance and support.
• Experience leading internal communications campaigns and programming for a global audience.
