Judith Poe Design Hiring for Assistant Account Executive Full Time

We are seeking a part-time assistant who is passionate and ready to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Product: Quality control and packaging
• Order Fulfillment: packaging and shipping
• Inventory: maintenance + mangement
• Data Entry: Receipts, Invoicing, Inventory
• General Account Management: organization of files, creating systems, and maintenance

Ideal, not required – potential to grow:

• Assisting with the creative aspects: copy, photo, design, messaging
• In-person event sales and customer interaction
• Daily management and growth of eCommerce site, hosted by Wix.com
• Creating vendor portals / shipping portal management
• Marketing assistance: creating content for social media, cultivating client relations via Mailchimp newsletters

Details

• This is a part-time contract-based position, starting at 10 to 15 hours weekly
• Days and hours can be somewhat flexible depending on your schedule and needs.
• Hourly pay starts at $17, based upon experience, with great potential to grow!
