School Relationship Manager

Judicium Education is a leading supplier of educational solutions to over 3000 schools in the UK, including critical areas such as HR, Safeguarding and Governance. Crucial to our success is our team of School Relationship Managers who build long-term relationships with school leaders to help and support their work across the academic year.

Due to increasing growth we are seeking to expand our team and are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, natural relationship builders and excellent listeners. You will be working with schools who have already expressed a strong interest in our services and become the point of contact with the senior leadership in the school. By keeping in touch regularly, explaining and promoting the breadth and scope of our services, you will work with school clients in developing long-lasting relationships and providing innovative and creative solutions to their needs.

We are seeking people who have warmth, empathy and resilience and are motivated self-starters. In return we offer a high basic salary of up to £28,000 with first year on target earnings of £50,000 – some of our School Relationship Managers earn significantly more, we do not put a cap on bonuses.

The role requires occasional meetings in our London office, but we offer the flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK, working either from home or as a hybrid role.
