JSP Hiring for Production – full or part time! Full Time

Part time: 16-24 hours/week, 8 hour shifts (3p-11p, 11p-7a / Monday-Friday only)

Full time: ROTATING 8 hour schedule (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a – ALL required)

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS for full time positions!

***Currently, we do not have steady daylight shifts available.***

Starting pay: $14/hr (Shift differential – additional $.75/hr earned from 3p-7a)

**Potential to earn up to $17/hour as additional skills and equipment are learned!!!***

In this role you will learn:

• Press Operation – counting and visually inspecting parts
• Packing – building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets
• Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meets all specifications
• Fork Truck Operation (required – will train)
• Documentation under ISO/IATF guidelines
• Operate equipment to produce a variety of foam parts
• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

Requirements:

**Steel toes/safety shoes required on day 1.**

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, the ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material. Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Required safety equipment consists of the following PPE: safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, ear plugs and safety shoes. Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise. Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations. Must be able to work flexible hours based on customer/department needs.
