The Digital Marketing Manager will support the overall efforts of the marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to (1) Development and delivery of demand-gen marketing campaigns, (2) social media, (3) content creation for sales materials, whitepapers, case studies, etc.

4) website maintenance and updates, and (5) webinar production.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Development and execution of digital marketing programs in support of JSI’s corporate initiatives.
• Provide ongoing content creation and maintenance for the JSI website and support content updates for marketing on the OneJSI Intranet.

This includes video creation and other substantive content.

• Provide support with the creation and execution of social media.
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral, as well as with the execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing JSI services and events.
• Utilize CRM software and databases to generate marketing lists.
• Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a corporate marketing department or agency environment.
• Experience with WordPress or related website platforms.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, and SalesForce.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with GoToWebinar is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
• Strong initiative and responsibility and ability to work successfully in a remote setting,
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is not required but is a plus.
• Industry experience is a plus.
