Talent Acquisition Specialist (8-12 month contract)
JRNI is a scheduling platform for delivering and managing personalised experiences at scale, helping companies build customer relationships, increase revenue, and grow brand loyalty.

We are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist for 8-12 months’ duration, to help cover our staffing needs in the US and UK.

The responsibilities include coordinating our hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates and applying advanced interviewing techniques. Ultimately, you’ll employ your specialised skills and network to help us bring the right people on board.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy
• Design and coordinate the hiring process
• Source qualified candidates via job sites, social media, databases, networking etc.
• Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organisations
• Select and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews)
• Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
• Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
• Assist with onboarding new hires

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting within the technology/software industry required
• Experience hiring for a global company; filling positions in both the US and UK
• Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle; in particular the ability to effectively source and review CVs against specific criteria
• Proven experience using ATS and HRIS systems as well as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR and general business practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Strong decision-making skills and outstanding organisational ability
