The Senior Content Designer is core to the transformation of product development at Chase, operating as a peer and partner with Design, Research, Product Management and Engineering. With no direct s, the focus of this role is creative leadership in content matters, including mentoring and directing junior Content Designers. You will direct, design, and set standards for content across multi-disciplinary teams. Success in this role comes from understanding the customer and business needs, strong collaboration with peers, thoughtful planning and coordination across product development teams, taming complexity for our users, and participating in the full range of design practice, from up-front research, insights, and strategy, though to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and to delivery of final designs.
