As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.
Job responsibilities :
- Be part of a high-performing team developing and implementing AI algorithms to help address solve complex problems and create unique solutions in Banking (Identity and Access management, Cyber Security space )
- Assist with the evaluation, upkeep and improvement of the architecture and implementation of our MLOPs framework.
- Build MLOPs pipeline independently to support development, experimentation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, validation and monitoring AI/ML Models
- Contribute to architectural design discussions that meet Banking Compliance, performance stability, and operational requirements.
- Build Machine Learning Models from end to end and implement them in Production.
- Develop User Interface (I) for ML Models ( good to have but not mandatory).
- Identify valuable data sources and perform independent analysis.
- Analyze large amounts of data and find patterns in it.
- Communicate information effectively using data visualization and storytelling.
- Collaborate with various teams for information collection, presentation, and liaison.
- Work with CI/ CD pipeline, Jenkins, Docker,Kubernetes,Terraform Implementation, and Infrastructure as code.
- Use Splunk, Data Dog, and CloudWatch monitoring tools.
- Contribute to architecture and structure discussions for production – grade platforms.
- Knowledge of Python BDD (Behavior-Driven development)Testing, Pytest , Unit Testing and Jules pipeline building.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (preferably), Data Analytics, Software or Computer Engineering, Computational Statistics, Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of basic concepts of ML and MLOPs
- 6+ years’ experience in Data Science Model building
- Good Experience in SQL
- Experience in Python, Pyspark and Spark
- Experience working with Structured and Unstructured data.
- Excellent Team Player skills.
- Good communication skills to present information using data visualization and story telling
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Implemented 10 + models end to end in Production, including NLP, predictive models, time series forecasting, and deep learning.
- Preferred background in Identity and access management in Banking
- Working experience in AWS Cloud
