• 8+ years of experience in Software Development
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java
• Experience on AWS platforms using S3,Glue,lamdas, iceberg etc
• Experience working on databases like cockroach db, oracle etc
• Good understanding of industry best practices around system architecture and design
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization and build networks across multiple areas of the business
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, negotiate outcomes with global technology teams and drive desired outcomes
• Partner with production management to resolve L3 production issues
• Partner with production management to ensure non-functional requirements of an application are understood and met
• Team player with good problem solving abilities
• Python desirable but not mandatory
