JPM Asset and Wealth Management technology is looking for a Senior Java Developer to help us shape the future of portfolio management for our clients. The role is within our Hibiscus team helping us to build out our portfolio management functionality. You will be working mainly in the back end space helping us to define and improve business processes in various aspects of portfolio management like Due Diligence, Instrument Management, etc. , to refine and define how we collate, process and action our instrument data to deliver better advise and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, strong team player and will be able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion as well as articulate solutions to colleagues at all levels

Key technology experience required:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Hibernate
• Relational DBs
• CI/CD technology and principles
• Knowledge of Agile and experience in Scrum is essential
• Experience of automated end to end testing and TDD/BDD

Advantageous skills to have:

• Knowledge of Cloud/Distributed architecture and principles.
• AWS, Azure, Kubernetes & GKP experience is a plus
• Knowledge of financial research
• GraphQL
• ReactJS
• Experience of automated end to end testing
