We are looking for an outstanding full stack developer with experience in working in a highly-matrixed organization to build the next generation of employee-centric experiences, tooling, tech and help offerings

Specific Role Requirements/Qualifications

• Technology / Science degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience within a corporate technology environment preferred
• 5 years’ experience with one or more general purpose programming languages. Java and/or Python preferred
• 3 years’ experience with modern JavaScript. ReactJS preferred
• Experience with database design (SQL / NoSQL), message queuing / event streaming
• Exposure to and understanding of container-based development (Docker and Kubernetes)
• A desire to expand into Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is advantageous
• Adherence to coding best practices while still pushing the boundaries of creativity and ingenuity
• Familiarity with Agile principles
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
• Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals

Core Requirements/Qualifications

• Scaled Agile Delivery – In depth knowledge of Agile Frameworks and Principles as well as the operating dynamics of working in a fast-paced agile environment. Capable of following language, practices, patterns and ceremonies
• Product Operating Model Experience – Experienced working in a product-centric culture driven by an organized process of product decision making; ability to create impactful and commercial products through advocacy
• Process Mapping – Able to review/analyze existing processes and recommend improvements – push the status quo and able to strategize, plan and execute on new vision
• Matrix Collaboration – Able and excited to working in a highly-matrixed environment across the firm to pave a new way of working (not embedded in a single-org mindset culture)
• Self-Motivation and a Team Player – Highly motivated and eager to roll up your sleeves to make things happen
• Attitude of Empowerment – Must be able to lead/partner with teams to self-organization and or highly effective in boundaryless organizations or highly matrixed organizations. Good balance of EQ/IQ
• Communicative and Social – Must be able to communicate well with teams, stakeholders and thought leaders
• Conflict Resolution – Raise issues and/or partner with leaders across the HR/Tech/CAO organizations to address systemic challenges and local optimizations that hinder end-to-end effectiveness/collaboration
