• Preparation of strategy documentation/presentations and ensure all monthly / quarterly / yearly decks are produced and delivered on time
• Lead Project Management on key initiatives
• Co-ordination of change management agenda
• Monthly financial reporting in partnership with TA & AWM HR Finance
• Ongoing demand and resource planning (in partnership with AWM F&PA & AWM HR Finance)
• Defining and tracking cost benefit opportunities
• Review existing reporting suite
• Updating policy documentation
• Own internal communications strategy and internal communications for the leadership team
• Lead on team initiatives, development and training interventions
• Providing business management support to the broader AWM Talent Acquisition leadership team
• Management of AWM Business Management Associate

Specific skills and experience required:

• Critical to success will be the ability to work independently on key priorities, applying a structured and data driven approach
• Advanced presentation experience in designing and delivering executive level content
• Excel skills
• Experience in project management
• Understanding of financial planning and management
• Understanding of organisational design principles or implementation of target operating models
• A strong commitment to diversity and shared values by being a role model for others
• Excellent influencing, organizational, prioritisation and negotiation skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and colleagues across Human Resources
