• Monitor CMS and assign staff to skill sets as appropriate to cover volumes
• Assist call agents with inquiries and escalated situation
• Monitor case tracking tool to ensure cases are kept within established service level agreement

Assist supervisor with staff performance management by providing observation feedback to develop staff growth and progression
