Finance Specialist (Korean bilingual required)

Joynus has been retained by one of the top 30 auto parts companies in the world to recruit a bilingual Korean Finance Specialist. As a vital member of our Accounting and Finance team, you will be responsible for financial records, makes sure the appropriate taxes are paid by federal and state deadlines, assists in overseeing efficient use of funds and related tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assists with A/R and A/P operations
• Prepare journal entries for month, quarter, and year end
• Fixed asset, out of book asset management
• Assist CFO, Manager with special projects as needed
• Month / Yearend closing and assists month-end financial statement preparation
• Assists preparing corporate budgets and forecasts
• Assists with the timely preparation of federal and state income tax returns and estimated tax payments
• Assist Year-end audit and coordinate with outside CPA firm
• Assists operating units with tax issues and planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 year(s) experience in accounting or finance
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• SAP experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
